High Five™, our five-step recruiting process has been designed to find “the” candidate and not just “a” candidate to meet your specific requirements.

1 UNDERSTANDING YOUR NEEDS
We begin by carefully understanding your company’s culture, business objectives and the specific skill sets required for each position. A comprehensive skills matrix and customized screening criteria are generated.

2 IDENTIFICATION & EVALUATION
A pool of qualified candidates identified from our exhaustive candidate database go through personal interviews and rigorous technical screenings. Their interpersonal skills are also evaluated to ensure a good fit with the clients’ work culture.

3 VERIFICATION
Our experienced recruiters contact references of all successful candidates to gather additional information on their past experience. We look beyond the resume and gather key information on personality, ambition, real skills vs. perceived skills and all the subtle nuances that help ensure that we submit only the right person for your evaluation.

4 SUBMISSION & INTERVIEW
Each submission includes an executive summary of the candidate’s qualifications/skill sets that highlights why they are a fit for the position. We work closely with our clients from the time the resumes are submitted till the candidates have gone through as many interview steps required to make a selection.

5 ON-BOARDING
Formal background checks are conducted for all candidates selected by our clients prior to their arrival on-site to help eliminate any surprises.
